In 1998, Barry Sudom lead the original project to paint the mural on Enbridge Tank 79 on Ring Road in Regina. 21 years later, Barry (@ Commercial Sand Blasting and Painting) is leading the effort to restore the mural. Grant McLaughlin is the mural artist.
