Supervisor Training, In-House – Course Descriptions
Description: Recently revised, STP is a 2 day lecture / workshop training program for foremen and supervisors, or potential foreman and supervisors. Ideally, it consists of two [2] instructors, one from Labour, the other from Management. FTI Labour STP instructors come from across North America. Management Instructors are similarly recruited from North American IUPAT signatory contractors; to avoid conflicts of interest, management instructors are assigned in areas outside of their usual company territories. In this way, both labour and management perspectives are presented to attendees.
Minimum Class Size: no hard and fast rule, but ten or more is preferred.
